Kingdom Gear Company was founded in 1999 . is a professional manufacturing company, specialized in the manufacturing of KLINGELNBERG high precision equal-height spiral bevel gear, gear part and gear box. Its products are widely applied in railway locomotives, military ships, electric power, metallurgy, building materials, petroleum chemical industry, new energy sources, general machinery and other fields.
The Company sets up technical department, which is recognized as the Nanjing Municipal Technology Center, with dozens of professional technical personnel engaged in high-speed heavy load gear design and manufacture. The Company adopts advanced design concepts and complete product manufacturing process, and owns complete testing means and fully-equipped quality system. Besides, the Company has possessed dozens of Jiangsu Province high-tech products, as well as dozens of new self-developed utility models and several invention patents. To maintain its leading superiority in the market in terms of technology and product, the Company constantly strengthens the scientific and technological cooperation with universities and research institutes (industry-university-research), so as to provide a strategic technical basis for the long-term development.
In terms of process and equipment, the Company, for the purpose of ensuring international first-class technical level and scale production, has imported several complete sets of KLINGELNBERG high precision CNC equal-height spiral bevel gear cutting machines C100U (four sets), C60U (one set), GMC160 (two sets), two meshing inspection instruments with one GKP851 and one T200, and one gear tester P350. Besides, the Company has also imported one RAPID1000, one RAPID1250, one RAPID1500, one RAPID2000 and RAPID2500 from Germany HOFLER, and one CNC grinding machine from Germany NILES ZE800, with gear precision reaching ISO Level III. For this, the dedicated constant temperature workshop and measurement center are provided to improve the inherent quality of gear. The Company has supporting heat treatment workshop, where several Aichelin multi-purpose furnaces, German KLINGELNBERG quenching presses and carburizing furnaces using German Siemens control system are made available, so that gear heat treatment processes, such as cemented quenching, nitridation and high frequency quenching, could be put into practice.
At present, the KLINGELNBERG equal-height spiral bevel gear manufactured by the Company has the diameter of 2,500mm, the mean normal module of 25--30mm, the maximum gear width of 350--370mm, and the precision of Level V or above. We cooperate with many famous companies both at home and abroad, such as CITIC Heavy Industries Co., Ltd., Beijing Power Equipment Group, North Heavy Industries Group Co., Ltd., SIEMENS, SMS, Rolls-Royce, Wartsila, FLSmidth, Sandvik, Metso, DANIELI and David Brown.

The Company has undertaken the design, manufacture and sales of dozens of bar and wire mill gear boxes, with adoption of hard gear face manufacturing process, leading to gear precision of Level IV and stable, reliable operation. Technical Characteristics of Reducer
Widely used in such industries such as building materials, electrical power, and metallurgy.
Structure: use bevel gear + planetary gear for direct transmission; integrate reducer and grinder; directly connect output flange to grinding disc to transfer torque; bear the pressure from grinding roller at the same time; cylinder-formed casing and axial thrust bearing can bear the large pressure from mill; safe and reliable.
Bevel Gear Pairs are made of KLINGELNBERG gear; bevel gear, sun gear and planet gear all use cemented quenching technique; our specialized gear profile modification technique, and tooth root shot peening technique are applied in Sun Gear and Planet Gear.
All the gears are tested at ingot stage and after final heat treatment. The main welding seams on the case and planetary rotation are subject to ultrasonic test. Advanced welding equipment and welding procedure are employed to guarantee high strength and high rigid of rotation.
Inner gear ring adopts grinding procedure after rough-machining, and the precision reaches to above Grade 5.(ISO 1328)
The dynamic and static pressure, and static pressure lubrication system are adopted, which are more secure and reliable.
Bearing shells are optimized in designing software, which specially developed by national key laboratory.
Output flange are flexibly coupled to output shaft with drum-shaped gear, further reduce the impact on gear pair due to load change.

The Company has imported the complete set of Germany KLINGELNBERG bevel gear meshing instrument GKP851 (one set) and T2000 (one set), and one gear detector, which could be used to conduct meshing test on bevel gear. Besides, T200 meshing instrument could be used to carry out meshing load test on bevel, and simulation adjustment on meshing area. By KIMOS software, cutting parameter could be adjusted to ensure qualified meshing area requirements.
To conform to the global general trend of energetic development of renewable energy related products, the Company has actively made wide cooperation with well-known wind power product manufacturers (such as Spanish Gamesa, Germany Siemens, and Italian Brevini), with mass production of high precision wind power products, so that the Company becomes their most important gear manufacturer.
